What payment options do you offer?
You can pay securely using UPI, credit or debit cards, net banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available, and it is free on orders of ₹499 and above. On orders below ₹499, a small COD charge applies, shown clearly at checkout before you place your order. COD orders are verified before dispatch.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all orders of ₹499 and above, including COD orders. Orders below ₹499 have a flat shipping charge of ₹79, and COD orders below ₹499 may also carry a COD handling charge, always shown at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Occasionally, dispatch may take a little longer than 3 days: for example, if a piece is temporarily out of stock and needs to be freshly made, or if our delivery partner's pickup slots are unavailable. Whenever this happens, we always do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You're welcome to WhatsApp us anytime for an update.
How long does delivery take?
Mumbai and metro cities: 3–7 business days. Other locations in India: 5–10 business days. Timelines may vary slightly during festivals, holidays, or courier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Returns & Replacements
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer replacements if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We're unable to accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
What do I need to share for a replacement?
Clear photos of the product and package. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you open your parcel, as it helps us resolve any issue quickly.
When will I get my refund?
If a refund is approved (for example, if an item goes out of stock after payment), it's processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Is your jewellery real gold or silver?
Our pieces are premium imitation jewellery, crafted to give you the look and feel of fine jewellery at a price that lets you shine on every occasion.
How do I keep my jewellery looking beautiful?
Keep it away from water, perfume, and lotions. Wear it last and remove it first. After each use, wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth and store it in an airtight pouch or box.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We photograph every piece carefully, but slight colour variation may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Is your packaging gift-ready?
Yes. Every order is packed beautifully, ready to gift to someone special, or to yourself.
