REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacement Eligibility
At Madhushrea Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. Replacement requests may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect product received
- Manufacturing defect found upon delivery
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Requirement
To process a replacement request, customers must provide:
- Clear product photographs
- Package photographs
- Unboxing video (highly recommended)
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the request.
Inspection & Approval
All replacement requests are subject to review and approval by Madhushrea Collection. Our decision after inspection shall be considered final.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:
- An incorrect product was shipped by us, or
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or replacements for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Color variation due to device screen settings
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items returned without prior request approval
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances (such as an item being out of stock after payment, or an unresolved damaged/incorrect item issue), it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
