Replacement Eligibility

At Madhushrea Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. Replacement requests may be accepted under the following circumstances:

Damaged product received

Incorrect product received

Manufacturing defect found upon delivery

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Requirement

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

Clear product photographs

Package photographs

Unboxing video (highly recommended)

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the request.

Inspection & Approval

All replacement requests are subject to review and approval by Madhushrea Collection.

Our decision after inspection shall be considered final.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:

An incorrect product was shipped by us, or

The product was delivered in a damaged condition.

Refund Policy

As a general policy, we do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Personal preference

Color variation due to screen settings

Incorrect product selection by the customer

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
